Pulse our Deglet Nour dates in a food processor add your preferred dry fruits and seeds and mix until combined. Add peanut butter and salt and roll into balls. Refrigerate and Enjoy your healthy Energy Balls.

Soak chopped dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Cream butter and brown sugar together, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt before folding in the soaked dates and their liquid. Pour into a pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.

Soak Deglet Nour dates in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain.Add dates, yogurt, milk, almond butter, and banana to blender.Blend on high 45–60 seconds until smooth.Add ice. Blend 10 seconds. Serve.

Remove the pit of our Deglet Nour dates .Insert one almond/walnut half into each date.Melt chocolate. Dip date tops lightly.Set on parchment for 5 minutes. Finish with sea salt.
